The snow is falling and it looks like the world has been erased. The sky is white, the ground is white, the space between my heart and lungs is white, blank, untouched. I am cocooned in a world of emptiness, cold but comforting. My first piece of writing in about four months. Also the longest short story I've ever written.

This is a twist on the fairy tale sleeping beauty, specifically the disney version which is my favourite disney film. I can say every line practically, and I tried to keep some of the better ones in this piece, as my own little tribute to a beautiful film.
